New Fence and Other Things!

First is some photos of the dogs...they really like each other and our couch! Also, I went skiing with Melisa at A-Basin last weekend. We had a very fun time, but I wasn't feeling too good at lunch and figured out the next day I had a touch of the flu. There was 7 of us out of work Monday, which is over half my office. Not fun!

I am feeling much better and it was just in time for the arrival and Chris and his mother. We also have another lab around the house now, Levi! I am glad we go the new fence done in time for this. The fence turned out great and the backyard looks so different!

War Eagle!

We had a great time in Arizona and the whole weekend was perfect...just like Auburn's season! The game was great and it was so much fun catching up with good friends!

Also, Ms. Slaughter brought me one of her "vintage" vests during Christmas. She wanted to make sure that we took it to the game. I told her it was a little "mature" for me, but we had a fun time with the vest while we were in Arizona!

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

Mama Slaughter came out to visit for the holidays. We had a really fun time cooking and hanging out at the house. We went to the Dollar Store and spent $5 on each other. This might be a new tradition! We went to see Little Fockers on Christmas Day, which was very funny. We also watched The Proposal at home on our instant Netflix. I have never heard Chris laugh so hard at a romantic comedy! We also visited the Butterfly Pavillion, which is a neat experience. Chris and I let a tranchila walk across our hand! It felt like Q-Tips. The butterfly room was full of pretty, tropical flowers and so many butterflies! They were all sizes and colors.

On New Year's Eve, we hosted a dinner party at our house. We cooked all day on Friday, but pulled it off. Everyone had a really fun time and it was nice being inside the house since it was below zero outside! Chris even wrote a song to the tune of Margaritaville and sang it with the help from out neighbors John and Chris! We also set up an area for funny photos...look and you will understand!
